There's a tale to tell at the Alan Shearer Centre

03 February 2014

open book

Tales, rhymes, singing and fun are all part of the plot this weekend at the Alan Shearer Centre.

Activities Co-ordinator, Karen Morgan, is lining up a storytelling session for children with disabilities on Saturday 8 February between 11am and noon when there will be props, improvisation and play.

This week's narrative will be based on Emma Chichester Clark's popular "I Love You, Blue Kangaroo" tale.

Everyone is welcome to come and take part in the free event. Call the Centre on 0191 267 8118 for more details and to book a place.
