Rachel, who lives in our specialist residential home at the Alan Shearer Centre, is celebrating the arrival of spring with her blossoming crafting talents.
Supported by Heather – one of our Centre’s talented recreation assistants – Rachel has transformed a forgotten chair into a stunning floral masterpiece for her room.
And not only does it look fantastic, but it’s helped Rachel to add the art of decoupage to her extensive list of artistic skills.
Now Rachel can enjoy springtime indoors as well as outside.
