Our extended specialist play area now has even more ways to have fun for members and guests visiting our Alan Shearer Activity Centre.
As well as a variety of swings for people with a wider range of disabilities and a new adventure frame with slide, you’ll find raised bed planters with fragrant plants for a wonderful sensory experience and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the space.
And if it’s organised activities you’re looking for, half term week is packed with exciting things to do, including a Teddy Bears’ Picnic, a Bird and Bug Hunt and a Music Session for all to enjoy.
“We hope there’s something for everyone in new specialist play area,” said Centre Manager, Jackie, “and members and guests can just turn up and enjoy it. said Centre Manager, Jackie. “However, it’s always best to book our popular events in advance so you can be sure of a place.”
