Crufts may be the world’s greatest dog show, but, arguably, we have some of the greatest dogs visiting our services.
Many of our staff kindly share their perfect pooches by bringing them into work for everyone to enjoy – and our service users love the experience.
Amanda, our Director of Care, often brings her own dog, Marley in to visit. “Marley loves the attention and cuddles he gets,” said Amanda, “but, like all of our visiting dogs, he gives so much back. Our residents’ eyes light up and their smiles beam as soon as he comes into the room. For some it’s also an incredible sensory experience.”
