Welcome card brings tears of joy

We think we have some of the best staff working for us and right from the word ‘go’ we want to show how much they mean to us.

One of our newest recruits, Elaine, has just joined our Independent Supported Living (ISL) service and found the welcome she received incredibly special. As our Compliance Officer, Karen, handed over a card made by some of our ISL residents, the touching gesture brought a tear to her eye.

“Nobody has ever done anything like this for me before,” she said. “How lovely.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” added Helen, who is now working as a Carer in our St Catherine’s nursing home. “That’s really made me feel special.”

Mission accomplished, then. Welcome, ladies.
